Crossfade from menu to the start of the game
There are some questions here and there related to crossfade but none of them helped me.
I'd like to have my Menu started with a fade-in the moment I run my game and a crossfade to the start of the game when I click on the New Game.
This is the script I use to normally start the game from menu:
var isQuitBtn = false;
function OnMouseEnter ()
{
renderer.material.color = Color.red;
}
function OnMouseExit ()
{
renderer.material.color = Color.white;
}
function OnMouseUp()
{
if(isQuitBtn)
{
Application.Quit();
}
else
{
Application.LoadLevel(1);
}
}
Thanks in advance

I figured it out with a zero scripting knowledge. attach the script below to your New Game to run AutoFade.cs
using UnityEngine; using System.Collections;
public class LoadLevel : MonoBehaviour
{
void OnMouseUp(){
AutoFade.LoadLevel(1 ,3,1,Color.black);
}
}
But I still dunno how to add a fade-in when I run my game.
there's still another issue. I can't change Text colors on mouse enter and exit. I have the java script that does the job but I dunno how to convert it to C#.
function On$$anonymous$$ouseEnter () { renderer.material.color = Color.red; } function On$$anonymous$$ouseExit () { renderer.material.color = Color.white; }
