How do I remove this menu?

Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Resolution and Presentation -> Display Resolution Dialog

Set to "Disabled" or "Hidden by Default"

What's the difference between "Disabled" and "Hidden" is there any way for the user to hack the client to show the settings if its "hidden" and not "disabled?"

With "Hidden by Default" the dialog only appears if the alt key is held down at startup.
