need a spawn script

i need a zombie spawn script, i hate to ask for it but i have not found anything useful to make what i want. i need it to be where when the player enters the radius it will spawn 1 zomie every 3 seconds until it has spawned 10 zombies. and every time two is killed it will spawn one in its place. but when the player leaves the radius it will not spawn any more zombies
