Character Controller Not Jumps Over Obstacles

Hi every one , please take a look at picture below :

I had wrote jump script which plays the jump animation with crossfade method , so players jumps nicely , but he cannot pass the cube , player has a character controller attached , when I change the step of character controller , it moves up the cube without jumping , how can I pass the cube with jumping ?
