Collider for a car over 255 triangles
I have some car models in my game that are over 255 triangles but want them to collide realistically especially for when they are shot and a mesh collider seemed like the best way to go about this but I read mesh colliders can't collide with other mesh colliders unless convex is checked but that will only work if the model has 255 or less triangles.
I don't want to go with one big box collider since the area above the hood will have the bullet "impact effect" shown since the box collider will be in there. Is there a way of using multiple box colliders on the same object?
What are some good ways to make this work?

You could use several primitive colliders as Compound Colliders.
Take a look at the reference for BoxCollider, section CompoundColliders here.
When it comes to physics and high velocities (as in racing games), MeshColliders should not be used. The performance for the built-im primitive colliders is much better.
Thank you, I knew there had to be a way to use multiple primitive colliders but I guess I just see that section.
