Unity Advanced Water Problems

So I have added the Water4 (Advanced) to my game from the Water (Pro Only) folder in Standard Assets (and followed the instructions to fix the tree problem) but when I press play, it creates a camera and messes up my game like this (bottom left):

Any ideas? I have already tried to change the depth, layer, etc. but it resets every time I hit play...

EDIT So when I hit play, it creates this camera UNDER the terrain (which ALSO moves with my minimap), shown here -
