Cannot buy from Asset Store

How do you buy something from the Asset Store? When I click buy the label on the button goes from "Buy $5.00" to "Please Wait", and then it just goes back to "Buy $5.00" and nothing happens. I have put in my billing address but cannot find anywhere to put in a credit card or buy vouchers.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks.
