Change Unity's License Directory

Hey all, I have my unity4.ulf file ready to go to license unity however a computer I assure you I'm clear to use, I cannot access my Mac's Library/Application Support/Unity directory where Unity 4 looks for the license. So I was wondering if there is anyway to change the license directory?

I will push this post because it is still relevant and I have the same issue even with Unity.2019.1.13f1 On the computers at my school I successfully ran VSCode & OBS however when I ran Unity the application worked successfully (the logo & loading screen appeared and everything) however I was presented with an Error that Unity was unable to load my license.

And I need to load Unity without Unity Hub since I tried using Unity Hub on my school computers from my flash-drive however I had issues, and I wasn’t even able to log into my account (on Unity Hub). I even tried manual installation and that didn’t work either

Is there a way that I can change the directory of the Unity License, instead of it being on the hard drive but on my flash drive? (Example: C:\ProgramData\ to E:\UnityLicense) For more information I’m using Unity 2019.1.13f1 and downloaded it from here.

Also I tested it on a device without Unity Hub (with admin perms) even installed and it worked fine. Probably because there was the license already on the machine.

And yes as I suspected. I removed the Unity license from ProgramData\Unity and this pops up "To use Unity you must have an active license, Please install a license with Unity Hub" - Install - Quit Unity But when I put back the license there this pops up "We reccomend using Unity Hub for the latest experience ... continue launching Unity" - Create empty project - Open project - Quit

So all I need is information on how to change the directory the license is stored in if possible. Because I can put it anywhere except a folder that needs admin access. Please and thank you for your time.
