Scrolling Repeated Background - background is scrolling but not repeating

Hello, I looked over this tutorial to apply to my game (also a 2D side scroller). I pretty much copied the scripts exactly, but modified them slightly to fit my code. The backgrounds are scrolling, however, they're not repeating. What am I missing?
