[UNITY v5 Personal Edition 64] Shadows quality troubles

Hello,

I have a small scene (inside an appartment) with a directionnal light (realtime + soft shadow), a point light (realtime - soft shadows) and a last point light (realtime - no shadow).

The directionnal light create shadows (not very "nice", but ok). The first point light create shadows, but they are terrible.

Realtime with soft shadow Realtime with hard shadow

The light is no static, realtime, soft (or hard) shadow, with quality setting in "very high resolution". I changed the quality in " Qualilty Settings " : nothing changed.

I read others topics where people talk about "project settings" and "graphic card problem". But I changed project settings and it not solved my problem. My Graphic Card is 9600GT (http://www.nvidia.fr/object/product_geforce_9600gt_fr.html).

To finish I tried to create lightmap ("static" point light and "Baked" Baking - the gameassets are static too) : with this solution I haven't ANY shadow. I don't understand at all.

Someone could help me please ?
