how to create group policy in linux server

hi friends i have a doubt regarding server. i am network admin of a IT firm and coming to server i m using linux os in which am the basic level. how to create policy for 10 to 15 computers that run with windows7.how to control computers through lan from linux server to windows 7 computers.guide me friends with best ideas......
