Hey, that would be cool, some tabs below the title bar or below the menu bar, that would be really cool, sometimes you need to switch many times between two scenes, multiple scene editing would make these tasks easier.

Uhm, no, only one at a time :)
Right, you can open multiple Projects by starting Unity multiple times but in one editor you can only have one scene opened.
$$anonymous$$ultiple scenes would be nice! It's a pain have to have to reload scenes over and over. Im sure this will be implemented once unity receives a x64 Build.

You can use EditorApplication.OpenSceneAdditive to load multiple scenes into the editor. Unfortunately they load into the current scene, so while it brings all your stuff together into the editor, it doesn't solve the workflow of working on multiple related scenes.
What would be nice is multiple Hierarchy windows, one for each scene, with a shared Scene view, and the ability to edit and save each of the loaded scenes independently.
I just created a new feature request, vote for it if you want this implemented!
That link didn't work for me. Try http://feedback.unity3d.com/suggestions/open-edit-and-save-multiple-sc
