Animation Creation Types
I was wondering if any of you guys could give me a suggestion on the best tool to create 2D animation. I have Maya for 3D model creating and animation, but I also want to know if there is a certain tool optimal for 2D animation. Thank you.
For character animation specifically, I've heard good things about Spine. It's not free though. I haven't tried it myself yet, so can't vouch for it first hand.
