I'm getting flickering shadows on my grass terrain detail mesh. How do I solve the issue?

I fixed it! To solve the issue click on your terrain and go into the terrain settings tab with the gear on it. Near the bottom there should be a parameter called 'Detail Resolution Per Patch'. I had to change the default number to 32 to get it to go away. Not sure why it worked but I'm not going to argue.
This worked for me, although I had to ramp $$anonymous$$e up to 128 to completely eli$$anonymous$$ate the problem.
