problems with locomotion system and unity version 3.2

Hi everybody, i downloaded the last version of locomotion system 0.9.4 and I read the documentation. So first the documentation descipes to select the bone of the character Hero. AND in the menu should appear the menue "Tool" I don't have this menu, no bones that i can select, but when I select the demo scene with the hero, the locomotion system works fine (without initialization?)

Is there anybody who have the same problem? So how can I get this menu in Unity 3.2?

Now I make again a new project and import the locomotion system. So I get some warnings like this:

Maya could not be found. Make sure that maya is installed and the maya file has maya as its 'Open with' application!

ImportFBX Warnings: Unsupported infinity mode (4) is used for PostExtrapolation. Only kClampForever (i.e. KFCURVE_EXTRAPOLATION_CONST) is supported. Unsupported infinity mode (2) is used for PreExtrapolation. Only kClampForever (i.e. KFCURVE_EXTRAPOLATION_CONST) is supported. Unsupported infinity mode (2) is used for PreExtrapolation. Only kClampForever (i.e. KFCURVE_EXTRAPOLATION_CONST) is supported. Unsupported infinity mode (2) is used for PreExtrapolation. Only kClampForever (i.e. KFCURVE_EXTRAPOLATION_CONST) is supported. *******+

i only have Cinema4D on my PC !

Thanks for an answer

The Initiialize appears as a button now apparently, You will find it in the Leg Controller (inspector) after you have added script to your character. You add the bones here also in the Legs dropdown. The layout is different now from the tutorial supplied with the download.
