Failed to start unity package manager. Version 2017.2
Unity version 2017.2, released 12 October 2017 OS: Windows 7
I have just updated unity so that I could use a package from the assets store. I can load the screen where you can view the list of projects/create a new project. Regardless of which project I attempt to open or whether I try to create a new project, I get this error:
Failed to start Unity Package Manager: operation timed out. Please see the Editor.log file for more information.
I do not know how to access the editor.log file or how to proceed. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi @christinee,
Have you fixed your issue? If not, can you tried the latest patch release of Unity 2017.2 (https://unity3d.com/unity/qa/patch-releases) and see if your problem is fixed?

Pascal
