Is there any Speech/Voice recognition that is available in android also in IOS platform?

Hi there guys! I just want to ask about the Speech/Voice recognition I am having trouble with my game I implement the speech recognition and I want my character to move through voice command like forward left right back and I don't know what plug-in is best to use in unity...appreciate your help guys thanks in advance
