checking users activities for Windows PC app??

Hello friends, I have made one app for windows pc and in that app I want to add one more functionality thorough which I want to know the information like how many time that user has spent on perticular screen or scene. So please help me how can I achieve this, is there any ready made plugin for windows Pc bulid?? Thanks.
