Compilation Process
Please some one tell me the compilation process in unity For Example Standard Assets folder compile's first JS compile's before CS Script
Last I looked, it's tricky. A compiler skims everything first for the "signatures," like variables and inputs to functions. Then it does it for real in whatever order it feels like. And just the files it needs to (like ones you didn't change, but which use something from a file you did change.)
But pretty much, it just works. Are you getting some error you think is compile order related?

There's a summary of the order in which script locations are compiled at http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/ScriptCompileOrderFolders.html
what if C# and Javascript are in the same folder except(Standard assets,Plugin,Editor) which one will compile first?
