Flash Build issues
Lately I explored browser communication and followed all the code recommendations. I received no errors when doing a Flash build but also got no communication with the browser to or from Unity. Finally I tried the Web Player build and everything worked beautifully. So what is up with that?
I can't help but wonder if this is some part of Unity's corporate problem with Flash/Adobe. Any thoughts? Anyone gotten browser communication to work with a Flash build?
Flash isn't supported anymore but may be you find some info on this page: http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/$$anonymous$$anual/flash-whatssupported.html

Thank you very much for the links above. I think that I am going to have to try to stick with Flash build development for strategic reasons. I do simulation to support surveys and training. On my last project we found that we lost just north of 50% of qualified respondents because they did not want to download the Unity Player plugin. Not only that all government and many corporate entities will not allow any plugin downloads within their systems. A real bummer but that is the way it is out there in my domain. I wonder when Unity plans if ever to get hip to HTML5? That might solve a lot of headaches in this space. Thanks again for the links and suggestions.
