Assets Bundle... in Pro?
Question in topic - is assets bundle only pro feature now? Can't find any information about it, suddenly.

No Asset Bundles can be used without Pro.
Assuming you're working with a more recent version of Unity, check out this link: https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/scripting/assetbundles-and-assetbundle-manager
As of 5.x, there are no differences in the editor feature set between Personal and Pro.
