How do I make it so safari recognizes unity as a separate entity then the browser

I am playing Shop Heroes. When I try to zoom in it just wiggles the screen as if trying to scroll up and down instead of zooming in. I just switched to mac from PC. Everything was fine with PC but on mac using safari I play this as a Facebook game and I can not zoom in. I have talked to apple support and they can not figure it out. I talked to the game owners and they have never heard of this issue so now I come to you.
