Exporting models from Unity?
Can Unity export imported models to other programs such as Blender or Sketchup, etc?
(it's just easier to tweak models with if they are not saved as the creators file type)

yes, you can save unity objects as wavefront, there is export to object script on web.
or you can just look in assets folders for the imported file and open it from there sometimes.
find the model from file system within unity, there are lots of import options on mesh/model file in that appear.
