after upgrading to Unity 4.1.5, MonoDevelop doesn't load

I just upgraded to Unity 4.1.5 today, and now MonoDevelop doesn't load when I double click a script file. I tried adding a separate install of MonoDevelop, but I get errors that the project files are unreadable. Also, now VS2010 and VS2012 don't load properly either. Any help?
