lost all my stuff?

Question

lost everything you get when you first open the program. i started a new project and everything just disappeared. i also added more presets ect. to the program when it first opened. Is there anyway to get it back?

If you mean the standard assets just right click in the project panel and go to import package and pick what you want. If it is not there they are probably deleted just goto unity's website and download from there
