Unity Instantly Crashes when clicking Sync MonoDevelop Project

I cannot get Unity to run the MonoDevelop that comes with Unity 3.3. I have made sure to set it up properly in the preferences area and when I click Sync Unity instantly crashes. I am on Windows 7 64 Enterprise SP 1.
