hang in unity splash screen...

I just tried to unity, by opening a web application example of unity. of the project in unity to create compile and run applications to IPad no errors. but after the IPad default splash screen appears that reads "Powered by unity" stop there. I try to tap the screen does not happen anything. Is there someone who can help me? I use the SDK version 4.2.1, Xcode 3.2.5, IPad IOS version 4.2.1 and Unity 3 version 3.1
