Exporting Games to the Chrome Web Store

So I recently decided I want to export my game to the Chrome Web Store, however, I can't really find any way to do it on the internet. Is it even possible? This may be just due to my limited knowledge in languages such as javascript and html. If it is possible, it would be great if someone could get back to me on how to do it.

(P.S: I posted this question earlier this day, but I don't think it worked, which is why I'm posting it again)
