Third person controller

Hi i need third person controller like in iron man and some things from gta sa like falling, landing, flying, throwing a bomb scrpit so when i press for example R button then player throw bomb, and i need some things from unity3d 3rd person controller i mean walking, running and i need double jump, and when player falling i need something like idle, and run anim like in normal 3rd person controller. And for all this things i need to add my anims.
