Parented Camera is locked to character animation
Hello folks, I wonder if you could help me.
I have an endless runner style game and was experimenting with animations. I have given the character a simple run animation but the parented camera jerks around as the player animation runs. It seems to be locked to the swiveling hips of the player so it rocks back and forth with his hips. It looks ridiculous. I want the camera to stop rotating along the x axis I think. Is there any way I can perhaps instead parent the camera to the box collider of the player character?
