Using a DLL with mecanim
Hello !
I have a problem that is quite specific. I'm using a DLL to animate a character using procedural animations (it's written in C++ and works fine).
What I want to do is to use my DLL in addition to Mecanim. The goal is to blend keyframed/mo-caped animation to my procedural animation system (DLL) and keep the Mecanim Core (blending, sub-states, ...).
Is there a way to create a connection between Mecanim and the DLL to blend between multiple animations ?
Here's a simple example : Let's say I have a character dancing using keyframe. I want the character to play the dancing animation and at the same time I want to make him waving his hand using my DLL. What should I do ?
Thanks for the help ;)
Well according to this I guess this isn't possible yet :
