Unity refuses to make non-development build

Hi I have a web player project. I have built the first version and I used 'development build'. At one point I have decided that I don't want development build any more, but Unity seems to disagree. I have made about 50 builds after that and every one has a 'development build' watermark even though I am not using that option any more in the build settings. I have even tried to re-import all, but that did not help. Strange thing is that I do make changes to the build and they are all there, just this development build thing refuses to go away.

Any ideas?
