What does it require in Unity to create a simplistic and stylized art style similar to these (https://connect.unity.com/p/games-manifold-garden and https://edge.alluremedia.com.au/m/k/2018/06/monument-valley-2.jpg)
What know how do I need to have? What aspects of the engine do I need to learn to recreate this? Etc.
Basically, what I'm trying to say is that I'm fairly new to Unity and I would like to be pointed in right direction from people who are more experienced and knowledgeable of the engine. I don't need specifics; (unless it's comprehensible for a beginner) all I would like to know is what should I be looking into in order to achieve the art style I provided above.
if you are new to game development, there is something called "shaders". its basically code you can write that goes between your models and GPU to affect how things are rendered onscreen. unity has basic shaders included or you can write custom shaders like the one in your video.

Focus on two things, shaders and lighting.
A good place to start would be to do a couple tutorials on using Shader Graph (Check our Brackey's tutorials on YouTube)
After that, have a look at the Unity Post-Processing tools. You can get some really cool effects just by playing around with the color grading.
