what Memory Usage difference between Unity Profiler and procrank

I has some confused about memory usage, when I build to Android platform, use Unity Profiler and got 115.3 mb memory usage(Used Total), but I use android shell procrank and got 95140k(92.9 mb) memory usage, what the difference between procrank and unity profiler.

and should I profile app by Used Total or Reserved Total?
