Replace scriptable objects for multiple models?
Hello!
I'm currently working on an online fps game and I have been stuck for quite a long time with the animations since my character has to be a full-body model. I have a scriptable object system for adding new guns but with this system is really hard to animate for me since the gun and character are two separate objects. Should it be reasonable to replace the scriptable objects for multiple character models? so for each gun, there would be a different character model so the gun would be attached to the character My concern is about the performance or the massive size of my game by doing this.
