Edit Xcode build files through Unity script?
Hello all,
I was wondering if there was a possible way to edit the xcode project that is built when I build my project through unity.
Currently, we have to manually add a certain image to the Xcode project and replace the AppController .mm file with one that we wrote with some additions to make a title screen pop up at certain times when the user exits the app or whatever.
So I was wondering if there was a way I could write a script that does this either while the project is being built or after/before its built.
Any help would be great!! If anyone needs clarification on what I'm asking please let me know and I'll do my best to elaborate more.
I think you must look in this direction to begin :
http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/141657-Postprocessbuildplayer-build-options-amp-frameworks
http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/$$anonymous$$anual/BuildPlayerPipeline.html
Sorry, I can't help you more than this cause I never try to wrote this myself. But I hope this can help you to start something :/
I can tell this is going to be a fun endeavor. Thanks for the starting point.
