Missing Materials and Textures Quick Fix?
So I organised some materials and textures into folders. They sat in one folder all together but now I have got them in Models, Materials & Textures. Now in the scene view they have all gone missing. Is there a quick fix or do I have to re-assign everything again?
I'm actually beginning to freak out. "The question is waiting approval by a moderator." This is a pretty serious issue and there's no warning as to moving files. I moved them back and they are still missing, all my custom made materials are missing the textures too..
The approval is requried for everyones first question and its actually a good thing I think ;) However are these materials assigned to your own models? if so you can probably change a lot in the import settings of the models (see $$anonymous$$aterialNa$$anonymous$$g and $$anonymous$$aterialSearch in "$$anonymous$$Odel" tab).
If not I think you have to assign them manually since the editor has no more reference (maybe theres a way I dont know ;))

Did you move them in Unity or from your file explorer (on windows, mac, linux)?
If you moved them from outside of Unity, you might be out of luck.
