Adding a spring or joint makes object fall through object
Lets say I have a cube with rigidBody and a collider, and I have a sphere with the same components. The cube is kinematic, and the sphere stops at the cube after the impact (since gravity is pushing down the sphere). That is Ok, everything as expected.
But when I add a spring/joint to the sphere, it can go through the cube. Is this behavior expected?

Ok, I've got it. It is because the shpere joint is connected to the box. If I create another parent object holding the sphere's joint/spring then the box become collidable again :-)
