It is possible to have a Camera rect on TOP of a GUI

I have a main camera and a mini map (radar map) camera.

I was trying to use the GUI.box to create the skin for the mini map.

Unfortunantly the GUI is on top the minimap. Is there away to change the precendence of so the minimap goes on top of the GUI?
