What is wrong with my Unity?

I have tried reinstalling several times, updated video drivers, changed my windows 7 to non aero scene and messed with many settings. It wont show any text and the window that is showing is the update check, but any window i pull up is blank. any help would be greatly appreciated, its driving me nuts.

I updated and it still looks the same and this is with angrybots loaded

weird, completely uninstall, open a new project, still does it?

Also, what os are you on? What unity version?
