Generic USB Controller axis issue

The controller is a Generic one labeled by win "USB Vibration Joystick".

Everything works fine but one little thing which is messing up my whole project.

The 4th & 5th axis are conflicting.

If 4th ax is being used no problem works just fine but when i try tu use the 5th the actions are responding both to the 4th and 5th ax.

No problems with the controller on whatever game i tried it, it works ok.

I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but if you did and fixed it please give me a shout.
