How much percentage do you demand from us, when we make and sell a game?
Why downvote this, when two similar questions are among the highest-voted questions on the site? (Sure, it's something you could figure out from 2 $$anonymous$$utes of viewing the Unity web site, but if we downvoted all the questions for which that was true, there wouldn't be much left! ;-)

Unity doesn't charge a royalty, just a flat fee for the engine. Unity doesn't publish games, you need to find your own publisher. If you sell assets on the Unity store they charge a 30% cut, which is similar to what online games publishers typically charge, though it depends on the publisher.

They don't demand anything, but they encourage that when you make money with unity, buy UnityPro or other stuff as thanks
