Which iOS Size to Worry About

Which iOS size should I be watching? My ipa file is 35.1MB, when I look at my iTunes App Library it is 33.6MB, Xcode App Store Archive estimation is 51.3MB, and when I plug in my device itunes says 49.5MB. So which one is downloaded from the App Store and has the 50MB warning?
