Lighting Issues with Unity.
Hey guys im doing with some tests with unity and have found some very ugly results.
Does anyone know the cause of these?:
what's the actual problem? just adjust your lighting. it's very likely you need to RAISE the over head light so it is further away, perhaps stronger
Just as with actual photography, lighting a scene is very specialised. these days on big games (and obviously CG movies) actual lighting photographers do the lighting in 3D scenes
as a simple general rule, move your lights further away (make brighter if necessary) and generally to get going just use a point light
and on the left side of the image there is a black area that should be lit up just as the right side is.

Setting the bump map filter mode to Trilinear fixed this issue.

put the render mode to "important" in the light's inspector tab, that might render it properly
