Too subjective and argumentative
How can I make my illumination look like this?
Look, this light looks very realistic, how can I make something similar? I mean, the color of the light, and what kind of light (Directional I think)

This is just directional light + non-black ambient color + good artwork.
You need to play with the tools. Use trial and error to see what looks good and what doesn't. All the Pros have performed this step, so they know. You can't go from Noob to Pro (excuse the terms) on some basic advice :)
what's the best color for the sun
That's opinion. Only you can decide.

That game was made by a huge team of very talented developers: there were 17 artists solely responsible for creating that terrain, and a further 3 artists who lit it. In short, you alone will not be able to create something quite like that.
That said, there are some very good Unity assets you could learn from - take pretty much any of Manufactura K4's assets, for example. If you study them, you'll see there's no special trick involved - it's just attention to detail and artistic skill in texturing the objects and placing the scene lights - then letting Unity's Beast lightmapper do its thing...
I was asking specifically the Light, what's the best color for the sun, the most realistic, etc
