Stop Mecanim from affecting the camera?
Hey everyone,
Would appreciate a bit of help on this one.
I'm currently dabbling around with a racing game. I just implemented a nice little camera intro animation at the start of each race that animates the camera around the car.
Now, all of that works nicely. The problem is that I also have a camera smooth follow script on the cam - so what I'm doing right now is that I'm animating the smoothFollow component on and off within the script.
The problem comes in when the animation has finished: It seems like the camera animation is still affecting the camera motion, even though I'd want the smooth follow script to completely take over (which I thought would happen since the animation on the camera already stopped playing) at that point.
Is there any way to have mecanim animations on the camera and at some point tell Mecanim to not affect the camera at all anymore, so that the camera script can take over?
