Invisible Object in Hierarchy

Hello!

I just recently made a script that instantiated a particle system and after a while it bugged all the scenes and unity.So i tried to find the particle system in the Hierarchy but there was nothing to find. I deleted the script and the particle system prefab and it still spawns a particle system! This is really annoying and disturbing I have looked thorough all my scripts and objects but NOTHING is creating this particle system and it keeps doing it... I tried restarting unity and it STILL keeps creating this particle system...

Can someone please help...
