errorparticlesystemoverloademit
ParticleSystem.Emit does not take 5 arguments
Hi,
I have been trying to get this to work for hours, I want to emit single particles on command at specific locations. I already know, that I can call Emit(1) on the system to create one particle and it works, but whenever I call the second overloaded Emit function as is described here: http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/ScriptReference/ParticleSystem.Emit.html it gives me:
error CS1501: No overload for method `Emit' takes `5' arguments
This works:
pSystem.Emit(1);
This does not:
pSystem.Emit(Vector3.zero, Vector3.up, 0.2f, 2.0f, new Color32(255,255,255,255));
I am using Unity 3.5.7
is it a simple oversight? Or am I doing something terribly wrong?
greetings
