Automated build on Linux

Is there, by any chance, a way to perform automated builds of Unity projects on a GNU/Linux computer.

I own a GNU/Linux server and I'd like to make it get the current source of the repository to build a version of the game every nights. But I'm not sure to be able to run Unity on this machine due to the fact that it's a Linux server.

Any idea ? Thanks,

EDIT: I know that I may be able to use a Virtual Machine to run Unity in it but I'm looking for a more gentle solution.
