How to level different sprites to one height

Hi,

I have one question, I have different road sprites, but all sprites are on different height! How can i level those sprites to one height? For example: first sprite is in height 5 , second sprite is in height 6 and third sprite is in height 3 ... but i want those sprites in height 3
